Gaidz is a French artist, DJ, and producer. He has collaborated with major French radio stations, leading electronic music labels, and industry giants such as Sony Music, Warner Music, and Universal Music.
As an arranger and sound engineer certified in Apple Digital Masters and Dolby Atmos, he excels in stereo and immersive mixing and mastering, delivering the iconic texture and depth of analog sound. He applied this end-to-end approach most notably to Worakls’ latest album, handling the entire audio chain from stereo to Atmos.
His advanced expertise in Atmos also gives him full command of the Atmos-to-stereo workflow: greater immersive freedom, increasingly in demand as the format rolls out across headphones, cars and smart speakers, while ensuring powerful, modern stereo impact.

Bringing balance, depth and impact to your track. I shape vocals, instruments and dynamics through a hybrid analog and digital chain, while respecting your artistic direction. I make sure the mix translates faithfully across every playback system.
Preparing your music for release while preserving the character of the mix. Tonal balance, dynamics, loudness and consistency across tracks: every decision is made by ear. I deliver Hi‑Res Apple Digital Masters files for streaming, as well as dedicated masters for vinyl and CD. I also optimize and quality-check existing Dolby Atmos mixes.
Working from your multitracks or stems derived from them, we create an immersive mix that extends the identity of the track. Placement, depth and movement serving the arrangement, with particular care for the binaural headphone render and consistency with the stereo version.
Original and additional production, arrangements, official remixes and music for picture. I step in to develop an idea, flesh out the instrumentation or finish a track, and I support the project from inception to final version. I also produce radio edits and extended mixes, as well as DJ mixes for radio shows.

I had the good fortune to meet David, aka Gaidz, just as I had finished the Atmos mix of the music for The Big Blue. He suggested I entrust that mix to him to refine a few parameters he felt could be improved, in particular the binaural version, which I had completely overlooked. The version he sent back to me a few days later was clearly better, without my being able to say what he had changed, because I found my Atmos mix exactly as it was: my movements, my levels and my EQ. What he had done was both subtle and essential.
When I did the Atmos mix of the music for The Fifth Element a few months later, I handed it over to him without even waiting for him to offer, and the result was just as successful.
In late 2025, I had just finished the stereo mix of my new album Space Projekt U.M.O. and I was about to spend several weeks on the Atmos mix, which was particularly important for this album. Unfortunately, a change in the release schedule ultimately left me only a few days for it — what a nightmare!
David then offered an Atmos pre-mix for me, which would leave me with only the final touches to do afterwards. I have to admit I didn’t believe it for a single second, because I knew exactly what I wanted to hear and I couldn’t see how anyone other than me could get close enough to it, and in so little time. When he began sending me the first Atmos mixes, I was pleasantly surprised, because it was very close to what I wanted and I only had a few adjustments of levels and movements to make to reach the result I was hoping for. At first I thought it was a stroke of luck, but no, the miracle repeated itself for the entire rest of the album, and so I was able to deliver the finished Atmos mix on time and at the quality I had hoped for.
In short, Gaidz is a true Dolby Atmos magician, one who knows how to respect an artist’s perfectionism down to the smallest detail. I think I will entrust him with all my future albums with my eyes closed and my ears wide open… Thank you so much, David!
